JOB SUMMARY :
As a Purchase and Admin Manager you will be expected to liaise with the vendors of the company, ensuring best deals. You will also need to perform day to day admin activities ranging from preparing basic MIS for top level management to drafting contract, agreements and licenses. Background in food and beverage industry is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Ø Ensuring best deals to the Company with vendors
Ø Constantly searching for new vendors for better deals
Ø Keeping updated with the market trends and new products
Ø Basic paper works, such as agreements, applications, etc.
Ø Application at government sites for licenses and renewals
Ø Head Office management and upkeep
Ø Basic knowledge of Excel and business acumen for preparation of MIS reports
Ø Performing ad-hoc administration activities and preparing MIS reports as per the requirements of the Management
Ø Managing vendors of the company
Ø Overseeing HR activity (hiring, work force motivation etc)
Ø Providing day-to-day assistance to directors.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduation in relevant field
Experience in purchase or office administration profile preferably both for minimum 5 years
Prior background in food and beverage industry is an added advantage
MBA from a reputed University with less experience may also apply.
Hiring decision and salary offered will be based on (in the order of) Best Industry standards, Knowledge, Aptitude, Experience, Zeal to grow and commitment, Qualification
Salary range: 3-3.6L CTC
