Job Description
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators with their Infant Toddler (ECE / IT) to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong commitment to educating young children and fostering a positive learning environment. We are hiring multiple candidates who can bring their unique skills and experiences to our educational setting.
Only those with their full ECE IT or ECE who is taking their IT or who is waiting on their IT through the BC Registry will be contacted for a interview.
Responsibilities
Educate and engage children in a variety of learning activities tailored to their developmental needs.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding and mentoring less experienced staff members.
Create inclusive lesson plans that accommodate working persons with disabilities.
Promote a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children in your care.
Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications
Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and cooperation among staff members.
A commitment to inclusivity and the ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities.
