Responsibilities
Educate and engage children in a variety of learning activities tailored to their developmental needs.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding and mentoring less experienced staff members.
Create inclusive lesson plans that accommodate working persons with disabilities.
Promote a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children in your care.
Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications
Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and cooperation among staff members.
A commitment to inclusivity and the ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities.
