You’ll work closely with multiple business units, helping keep efforts aligned, organised and moving forward. The role offers plenty of room to grow – once you’ve mastered the coordination and admin foundations, there are opportunities to get involved in broader initiatives and stretch your organisational development (OD) capability. Your work directly contributes to building capability, culture, and connection across Mercury and you will see the impact of your efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage and support two learning systems (LMS and more), including content coordination and updates
Work confidently with tools like Canva, Confluence, Jira, and Lucid
Coordinate workshops, events, and online sessions (planning, logistics, invitations, communications)

A strong communicator who enjoys supporting others
