Job Description
• Experience of working in production support project
• Validate technical analysis provided by L1/L2 and approve resolution, Suggest permanent fixes/solution for issues
• Address minor defects, Engaging with respective Upstream & Downstream application owners for Incident management, Problem Management
• Provide Root cause analysis, Suggest permanent fixes/solution for issues, Maintain knowledgebase
• Provide bug fixes and handle performance improvements and Coding experience
• Get all the queries/bugs to closure, escalate and work with development teams and bring issues to closure.
• Track and respond in acceptable response time.
• Technical trouble shooting, To build data correction scripts and execute
• Remote trouble shooting, regression testing, bug/query analysis, change management, training and knowledgebase updating
• Can work in various shifts and weekends, Archival of logs/old data to clear Disk space from production servers
