Role Overview
We are hiring a hands on Senior Developer to build production grade AI applications using Large Language Models and Retrieval Augmented Generation. The role involves designing scalable backend systems developing APIs and implementing AI assistants knowledge search and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop scalable backend services using Python FastAPI and C sharp Net APIs.
Design and implement RAG pipelines including ingestion embeddings vector search and response generation.
Deploy and manage local LLMs using Ollama or similar tools.
Configure and tune LLM parameters such as temperature tokens and context handling.
Integrate embedding models and optimize semantic search.
Implement and manage vector databases such as Pinecone Weaviate Milvus Chroma and Qdrant.
Build document ingestion pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Ensure performance security and scalability of applications.
Collaborate with product and business teams to convert requirements into AI solutions.
Required Skills
Strong Python development experience with clean coding practices.
REST API development including authentication documentation and integration.
Hands on experience with LangChain or similar LLM frameworks.
Experience with RAG architecture and vector databases.
Knowledge of embeddings retrieval and reranking techniques.
Experience with LLM hosting model selection and parameter tuning.
Experience
Six plus years of software development experience.
Two plus years building Python backend services or APIs.
One plus year working with LLM RAG or vector database systems.
Nice to Have
Experience with production RAG deployments.
Experience with agentic AI and tool calling workflows.
Docker or containerized deployments.
