Job Description:We are building next generation AI chat policy, auditing, and reporting application.We are looking for another member of our staff to help refine and scale our earlystage product.

ResponsibilitiesBackend Authorship• You have advanced level experience in Python and Postgres• Knowledge of security best practices in general as well as the proper handling of PII• Experience with the design and implementation of scalable Python AsyncIO services• Experience writing clean APIs with pragmatic test coverage• Have experience with and opinions on relational data modeling• Understand what the right level of logs and metrics are required for operationalexcellence• Experience with the following packages/libraries/frameworks:o FastAPIo SqlAlchemyo MS Presidio

Deployment Ergonomics• Help us streamline our container-based deployed pipeline as well as the packing forour self-hosted offering.• Experience with one or more of the cloud providers (AWS [preferred], Azure[preferred], GCP)• Able to understand containerized environments including intermediate levelnetworking challenges across Docker Compose, AWS ECS Fargate, and Azure AppContainers.• Experience building out Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, including authoringmodels and providers.• Experience authoring and refining continuous integration pipelines• Ensure secure handling of client and business data in line with ISO 27001• requirements.Communication• Able to communicate clearly and self-managePublic• Experience working independently in connection with a US-based distributed team• Have excellent verbal and written English speaking communication skills• Able to self motivate and thinking about the problem at hand as well as what is next.• Thoughtful about when it is appropriate to move fast and when it is appropriate tomove decisively with intention.

Experience with any of the following is a plus:• Oauth2• JWT based authentication and authorization• NLP• Streaming data• Integrating with the public APIs of the major LLM Providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc)
