Job Duties
You will have following responsibilities:
• Tech savvy with expertise in R/Python and Qlik/Tableau
• Maintaining strong relationship and working closely with various stakeholders which includes Product Control, Legal Entity Finance, Regulatory Team, Liquidity team, Project team and Capital Reporting team to discuss issues and improving regular process task
• Continuous improvement of system architecture by understanding product accounting aspect
• Ensuring timely resolution of issues with IT teams
• Coordinating with business and change team on new projects, new business, testing
• Providing regular updates and highlight key challenges to relevant business partners
• Ensuring all the necessary documentations
• Help in gathering new requirements for build, assist teams in building new dashboards and enhance the reporting portal
Skills Required
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Minimum 2+ years of experience within a Financial Services firm
• Experienced in working with Product Control/Finance, Front Office and/or in Risk Function (preferable)
• Capable of prioritising and multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, comfortable in managing work under pressure to effectively lead change.
• Ability to perform analysis on large datasets
• Demonstrates high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills
• Self-starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
