Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Python Developer to lead our team of developers in the development of high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in Multidimensional programming, Multiprocessing, and Web Development Framework, as well as strong leadership skills.
Location : Pune or Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of software applications using Python and related technologies, including Multidimensional, Multiprocessing, and Web Development Framework.
• Develop and maintain Python applications that work with large, multi-dimensional arrays and matrices
• Develop and maintain libraries and packages for efficient data processing and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and tools
• Design software architecture, write code, and review code written by other developers.
• Develop and implement development processes that ensure the delivery of high-quality software applications, including code review processes, coding standards, and testing standards.
• Mentor a team of developers.
• Work closely with stakeholders, designers, and other developers, to ensure that software development projects meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex problems that arise during the software development process.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Python software development, with a focus on Multidimensional, Multiprocessing, and Web Development Framework.
• Strong understanding of clean and reproducible code principles, with experience in writing well-structured, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team of developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, including code review processes, coding standards, and testing standards.
• Experience with cloud computing, distributed systems, and big data processing frameworks is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP or Azure, including infrastructure as code, serverless computing, and container orchestration.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, with experience in deploying and managing containerized applications.
• Strong experience in writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests, with experience in automated testing frameworks.
• Strong experience in version control systems such as Git, with experience in managing code branches, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Experience in deploying and managing software applications in production environments, with a focus on performance optimization, scalability, and security.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools in software engineering, such as cloud computing, distributed systems, and big data processing frameworks.
