o Lead and motivate people and encourage teamwork,
o Communicate effectively with senior management and Product Management
Skill (must),
Strong knowledge of Development:
Python
MySQL, RDS
AWS Lambda
Unix shell scripting
Good in Design Patterns & Multithreading
Environments:
Systems: Windows, Linux, AWS
Configuration management: GIT or Synergy or Clear case or CVS
Personal Suitability:
Ability to manage conflicting priorities
Ability to provide leadership, give direction and guidance
Initiative, reliability and good judgement
Motivation and enthusiasm
