JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to gather requirements
and understand the specific needs of each department.
2. Design, implement, and test Python microservices that meet the functional and non-functional
requirements of Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain departments.
3. Develop and optimize AI algorithms and models within the microservices, ensuring scalability,
performance, and accuracy.
4. Develop Power BI dashboards and reports using data from various sources, ensuring accurate
and insightful visualizations.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
6. Integrate Power BI reports and dashboards with Python microservices and other systems as
required.
7. Troubleshoot and debug microservices, AI algorithms, and Power BI solutions to resolve issues
and improve performance.8. Optimize microservice performance and scalability through code refactoring and performance
tuning.
+. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data pre-processing, feature engineering, and data
analysis for AI model development.
10. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with other team
members.
11. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python development, Power BI, and
data visualization techniques.
12. Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools.

1. Education: Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or any related courses)
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python development, with a focus on
microservices development for departments.
3. Strong proficiency in Python programming language and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask)
for microservices development.4. Expertise in AI development, including implementing and optimizing AI algorithms and
models.
5. Experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports using various data sources.
6. Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
7. Familiarity with database technologies, such as SQL and NoSQL.
8. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
