Role: Python Developer
Location: Chicago, Illinois (Hybrid model) In-person Interview
Job Summary:
• We are seeking experienced Backend Engineers with strong expertise in Python and enterprise service layer development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and be capable of delivering scalable and high-quality backend solutions.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python
• Build and enhance enterprise service layer architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical problem-solving
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of applications
• Work closely with delivery leads during development and deployment cycles
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong experience in Python backend development
• Proven experience in enterprise service layer delivery
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and system design
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in global delivery models
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) is a plus
• Prior experience in Financial Services domain is an advantage
