Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Python Developer who can operate at the intersection of AI/ML innovation and scalable backend systems. This role is mission-critical to accelerating our AI roadmap, enabling rapid experimentation, and productionizing LLM-powered solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams to build, train, and deploy intelligent systems using modern Python frameworks and AI tooling.
Key Responsibilities
• Architect, develop, and optimize Python-based AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives
• Design and build RESTful APIs using FastAPI to serve AI and LLM models in production
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases
• Implement LangChain-based workflows for prompt engineering, agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and orchestration
• Translate experimental AI concepts into scalable, production-ready systems
• Ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code following best practices
• Continuously research emerging AI/LLM trends and proactively recommend improvements
Required Skill Set
• Strong understanding of core Python fundamentals (data structures, OOP, async concepts)
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML model development and training
• Proven expertise in FastAPI for building high-performance backend services
• Experience in training, fine-tuning, or integrating LLM models
• Practical knowledge of LangChain for LLM orchestration and AI pipelines
• Ability to think analytically and solve complex technical problems
Nice to Have (Value Adders)
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or RAG architectures
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployments
• Familiarity with MLOps, model versioning, and monitoring strategies
