Python developer for a startup company in the field of process manufacturing industrial analytics.
About company:
The company will offer products and services for data analytics in process industries. The main product offering is a software application for industrial data analytics. The application will fetch time series data from different PLC,DCS, historians and SCADA systems in various formats like OPC. Various monitoring and analysis functions are performed with this data with capability of both offline analysis and real time implementation. The capabilities of the application will include data extraction,processing, visualisation and analytics, causal analysis, root cause analysis, controller performance monitoring, monitoring and insights for specific components like valves and actuators, fault detection and diagnosis, and predictive analysis. The application will utilise causal reasoning, uni variate and multivariate statistical methods along with machine learning algorithms for implementing various diagnostic and prognostic functions. The application will provide actionable insights to plant operators/engineers/managers for effectively managing abnormal situations, enabling preventive maintenance and finding avenues for process improvement leading to reducing production costs and better efficiency, safety and productivity. The products will be designed to be deployed both in client premises and over the cloud.
