Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Python applications, modules, and libraries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Integrate data storage solutions using databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs to connect with external systems.
• Write unit tests and conduct thorough testing of code to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to Python development.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning estimation, and retrospective meetings.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
• Strong understanding of Python language fundamentals and object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Good knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and software architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
