We are seeking a talented and motivated Python Developer with a passion for energy systems to join our team at InHydrogen. As a Python Developer specializing in energy systems, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining software solutions that optimize the efficiency and performance of our energy systems.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and design software solutions for energy system optimization.
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications and tools to model, simulate, and analyze energy systems.
- Implement data processing and analysis algorithms to extract insights from energy system data.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and stability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in energy systems and software development techniques.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to gather feedback and continuously improve software functionality.
- Document code, processes, and project updates to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain project integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience developing software applications using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Familiarity with energy systems, renewable energy, or utilities is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data processing, analysis, and visualization using Python libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib.
- Experience with databases and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality code.
