A leading telecom company is seeking a highly skilled Python Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This company is renowned for its innovative solutions and commitment to maintaining robust network security.

Your new role

As a Developer Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building secure APIs in Python and developing and maintaining automation scripts. You will also set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, utilise Ansible for configuration management and automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network security best practices are followed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Python Engineer or similar role.

• Experience with Red Hat, OpenShift and Containerisation

• Frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Django are a bonus

• Proficiency in automation scripting and tools such as Ansible.

• Experience with KAFKA, RabbitMQ, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills.

• Preferred: Experience in the telecom industry and relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP Security).
