As a member of our Software Engineering Group, we look first and foremost for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. You'll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. Responsibilities
• Write effective and scalable code using Django Rest Framework.
• Test applications for performance, responsiveness, and security with fintech standards.
• Review and help debug other developers code specifically in backend
• Create and maintain APIs using Rest and Soap frameworks.
• Integrate data storage and data processing solutions and maintain/improve it after deployment.
• Write algorithms and suggest personalized and crafted financial products to users based on their meta data.
• Write automated scripts to perform actions in background and maintain logs for the same
• Developing data visualization APIs for the admin team to understand the users and engage them according to their likes.
• Opportunity to learn development operations for improvising and scaling the application.
Skills And Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development using python Django Rest Framework as a backend developer.
• Proficient in Python, Django, Rest API,AWS, Soap Apis and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and exposure to PostGreSQL / MongoDB.
• Working proficiency in developmental toolsets such as PyCharm, Git / BitBucket, AWS, and Jira
• Exposure to technology frameworks such as RabbitMQ and Redis will be advantageous.
• Clear understanding of Agile-Scrum software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication (written and oral) and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of attention to detail, accountability, pride in delivering high quality work and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
• BE/BSc degree or equivalent experience
