AWS: Proficiency in AWS is a must

RESTful APIs and microservices architecture : Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, and an understanding of how to design and implement them effectively
Python, Pytest, Unitest are all mandatory
Strong Proficiency in Python programming language, including experience with frameworks such as FastAPI
