Experience: 6+ Years (at least 2 years leading a team)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Python Team Lead to guide a high-performing engineering team in building scalable, secure, and high-quality backend systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and hands-on development experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, ensuring best coding standards and TDD practices.
• Architect and build scalable backend systems using Python (Flask).
• Review, maintain, and optimize clean and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions.
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines and work closely with DevOps teams for deployment.
• Manage microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud deployment (preferably OCI).
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance and data reliability.
• Promote continuous learning, innovation, and team collaboration.
Required Skills:
• Strong expertise in Python & Flask
• Solid understanding of SQL and database design
• Strong grounding in OOP & design patterns
• Experience in REST API development
• Proficiency in PyTest for unit testing
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have:
• Experience with Elasticsearch
• Working knowledge of Kafka
• Docker & Kubernetes experience
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field
