Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django
● Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to
implement APIs and integrate services
● Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability
● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and
standards
● Troubleshoot and debug applications and resolve performance issues
● Ensure high-level security and data protection standards in all implementations
● Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to the planning, development, and
release cycles
● Implement unit tests and automated testing platforms
● Work with Dev Ops teams for continuous integration and deployment
Role Requirements/Expectations:
● 5+ years of professional experience in Python development
● Strong proficiency in Django and related libraries/frameworks
● Experience in building RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
● Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) is a plus
● Experience with relational databases such as Postgre
SQL, MySQL, or SQLite
● Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
● Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with asynchronous programming (e.g., using Celery, asyncio)
● Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications
● Knowledge of testing frameworks like PyTest or Unittest
● Experience with Graph
QL or Web Sockets
● Exposure to microservices architecture
