Python Full Stack Developer
Must-Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on Python-based web development
• Solid Python programming experience with web development frameworks such as Django, Flask, or similar
• Proficiency in one or more front-end technologies/JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular js etc)
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development
• Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Hands-on experience in working with one or more cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure etc), working experience with one or more compute/storage/container services
• Experience with Redis Cache or other caching tools
• Knowledge of messaging & streaming platforms Kafka, RabbitMQ etc.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably GIT.
• End to end experience in code, deploy, manage and monitor for enterprise solution
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using Python, Django, and other relevant technologies.
• Create and maintain API endpoints to facilitate data exchange between the front-end and back-end systems.
• Implement user-friendly and intuitive front-end interfaces using JavaScript frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack, from the front-end UI to the back-end database.
• Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development and propose improvements to existing processes and technologies.
Good to Have:
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Understanding of security best practices in web development.
• Knowledge of Big Data, Hadoop, Spark, Scala, PySpark would be a plus
