Job Responsibilities :
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure web applications using Django on the backend and React on the frontend.
Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between the frontend and backend systems.
Write clean, maintainable, and welldocumented code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high performance across all devices and browsers.
Implement responsive and userfriendly UI components using React, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Integrate thirdparty APIs and libraries to enhance application functionality when needed.
Collaborate in the entire application lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems that arise in the production environment.
Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance the development process.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on Python, Django, and React.
Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks (React).
Strong understanding of backend development using Python and Django, including database design, ORM, and RESTful API development.
Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Familiarity with software testing methodologies and writing unit tests for both frontend and backend code.
Solid understanding of web security best practices.
Knowledge of containerization and deployment using tools like Docker and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, collaborative team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
