We are currently looking for Python RAN Developers as part of the 5G team within the telecom Products & Platforms group of HCL. The role holder will be part of the development team of Python RAN Developers
Location: Delhi, Bangalore, Gurgaon or Noida

The Industry Software Division is chartered with developing a next-generation software portfolio leveraging AI to transform industries such as telecom and industry 4.0.
Currently the AI based software portfolio targets:
· Telecommunications service providers optimizing or deploying 5G networks
· Product manufacturing organizations (such as aerospace and automotive) transforming with digital design and smart development software
· Global Fortune 2000 companies leveraging Enterprise AI software to drive digital innovation across business processes and functional domains- from product support to customer experience to HR
Roles and Responsibilities:
Senior Developer with RAN Knowledge –
· 5+ years of experience in Python development
· Object oriented python
· Experience in handling complex features
· Handled Performance, Scalability related issues
· Potential of becoming SME for multiple features
· Experience in authoring and understanding of design documents
· Experience of handling/communicating with external stake holder
· Hands on experience in writing algorithms around consuming CM/PM from LTE and 5G RAN
· Have knowledge on RAN technologies (LTE/5G/ eNodeB)
· Exposure Agile methodology
