We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
• Work across the Technology delivery lifecycle including inception, construction, testing, release and ongoing management of a product or service in a pod within a Technology team.
• Bring more Innovation – Identify opportunities within the system and introduce automation wherever possible.
• Responsible for automating the continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide support to DevOps teams working at all stages of a product or service release/change with a strong customer focus and end-to-end journeys, ensuring they have an excellent domain knowledge.
• Ensure code review, unit testing, regression testing and post deployment verification steps are correctly followed and well documented.
• Liaise with other engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand and drive the product or service's direction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Technical / hands-on experience in Python, Spark, Google Cloud Platform, SQL, Big data is mandatory.
• Experience in Job scheduling tools like Control-M.
• Experience in Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).
• Should be well versed with Agile ways of working, Automation and DevOps practices.
• Should have experience in Anti-money Laundering (AML) / Compliance Domain.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in leading a POD / team would be an added advantage.
