Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Python Trainer to join our team. The Python Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in Python to our internship students. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with a passion for teaching and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and clear manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver comprehensive Python training programs to a diverse range of learners, including beginners, intermediate and advanced learners.
• Design and deliver training sessions in various formats, including online, classroom-based, and on-site training sessions.
• Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments, to support the training program.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and provide feedback to the learners to help them improve their Python programming skills.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Python and related technologies and incorporate them into the training programs.
• Collaborate with other trainers and technical experts to continuously improve the training programs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Python programming.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in Python.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
• Experience with other programming languages and technologies is a plus.
• Certification in Python or related technologies is highly desirable.
