Job description
Einsteins Square has learners from 128 countries and is looking for a Coding Trainer to train the teachers especially in Python. The ideal candidate will be selected based on the answers to the questions asked at the end of application (they may appear optional due to indeed settings but are mandatory) and on the assignment given if shortlisted. If you do not answer the questions or leave them incomplete or do not submit the assignment , you will not be shortlisted.
Responsibilities:
• Train teachers to teach young kids Python using Pygame and Turtle Graphics libraries.
• Develop interactive lesson plans and deliver training modules to teachers in an online format.
• Knowledge on other programming languages is a bonus.
• Willingness to learn and explore new languages and programs like Lua coding etc.
• Provide technical support and guidance to teachers as needed.
• Audit the teachers for class flow, effectiveness of teaching style and interactions
• Conduct assessments to measure teacher progress and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to improve the overall learning experience for teachers.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Python developer with a focus on Pygame and Turtle Graphics libraries.Knowledge of additional coding languages are an advantage.
• Should have high speed internet (more than 10 mbps upload speed) when tested on ookla on laptop
• Prior experience in online teaching and training is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Should know the basic soft skills for an interactive online class.
• Should have worked with kids previously
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about programming and teaching, with a drive to make a difference in the lives of young students.
This is a 5 day work , for 8 hours a day with weekends off.
Your diligence will be tested based on your answers and eye for detail in this job posting. As a trainer we require you to be diligent at your work and ensure you have answered all questions . No answer would lead to automatic rejection or missing some answers will also lead to automatic rejection.
