We are looking for a Python web developer to join our team. As a Python web developer, you will join our engineering team and help us develop and maintain various software products. You will build highly responsive web applications that align with our business needs.
Responsibilities
• Development and implementation of low latency, high availability and performance applications.
• Work collaboratively with the design team to understand end user requirements to provide. technical solutions and for the implementation of new software features.
• Cover all phases of Software development life cycle using Python.
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Prototype and build dashboards integrating multiple data sources.
• Perform data integrity, quality and audit checks.
• Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic.
• Implementation of security and data protection.
• Integration of data storage solutions.
Skills Required
• 3+ years of work-experience in Python, with Django Framework.
• Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
• Fair understanding of building RESTful APIs work.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Worked with Django application deployment on AWS, and knowledge in uwsgi, nginx.
• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• PostgreSQL databases and queries.
• Proficient understanding of Git , Bitbucket/Github.
• Strong unit test and debugging skills.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Results-oriented and reliable.
• Should be able to work under pressure.
