Work Location: Bengaluru
Work Mode: In Office, 5 days/week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Writing test cases for complex systems.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test frameworks, tools, and infrastructure.
• Writing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various types of testing including performance and Identifying, reporting, and troubleshooting defects in the product.
• Work on REST API or SDK Integrations.
• Keeping up-to-date with new testing techniques, technologies, and tools, and recommending improvements to the testing process.
• Conducting regular ramp up sessions within the SDET team on latest tools and technologies to keep juniors in the team up to date on testing/technology trends.
Skills and Expertise Required:
• Strong Experience in Python, web services, HTML, XML, json, excel
• Experience in designing and building scalable automated test frameworks and test suites, working across technologies and Analyzing the logs for failures and resolving in the shortest time.
• Strong experience in Agile development methodologies and utilizing technologies such as GIT, Maven, Jenkins for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Experience in manual testing, analyzing test logs, creating test reports and keeping the manager updated on the progress on a regular basis.
• Experience with Open Source Performance Testing Tools like Locust or JMeter.
• Prior knowledge on Player validations
• Information on Streaming protocols
• Understanding of SSAI
• Knowledge of AWS & GCP is an added advantage
• Streaming Media Industry Experience or Server Side Ad Insertion.
• Experience Range: 2 - 4 years
