About the job...
You will be writing new and maintaining existing end to end test scripts for our wide variety of applications (AngularJS, REST APIs, AWS Lambda functions, Backend and Frontend Applications written on PHP/Go/React)
You take ownership of the quality of our web sites, both frontend and backend
You will be the bridge between our product owners and developers
You will be incharge of the creation and execution of test plans and test cases in multi browser and multiplatform
You will take part actively in design reviews, grooming, planning and stand-up meetings
You will analyze problems and write documentation
You will proactively support Software Testing and will provide suggestions to our IT department by actively testing new software features
You will develop new test-cases and learn the difference between Manual and Automation testing
You will have the chance to learn and grow within the team
You won’t be a number: your ideas matter and you will make a real impact in the company
What we're looking for...
Previous experience as a test automation engineer
5+ years of hands-on quality assurance work with web-based applications
Strong experience in automated testing
Excellent Java programming and debugging skills, including experience with test automation tools and libraries such as Selenium, TestNG
Identify and analyze suitable opportunities for test automation
Strong problem solving skills, ability to think outside the box and explore multiple ways to solve the problems
Maintain and update an automation framework with a centralized test case repository in CI
Collaborate with other testing teams for knowledge sharing and technology unification
Experience in SOAP/REST Protocols, XML, JSON, CI/CD build tools like Jenkins or similar
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, analytical mindset & team-player
You have the ability to work mostly autonomously, with high quality awareness, and reliability
You are fluent in English
