Hiring: QA Automation Engineer (Node.js & API Testing)
📍 Location: Phoenix, AZ
📄 Duration: Long-Term Contract
We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with experience in Node.js, API testing, and cloud-native environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in functional, regression, and performance testing while working with modern cloud and containerized platforms.
This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of applications by designing and executing automated and manual test strategies across distributed systems.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing
• Validate and test REST APIs and backend services
• Work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Identify, document, and track defects throughout the SDLC
• Execute automation and testing in cloud and containerized environments
• Support testing efforts in Kubernetes-based deployments
🔹 Required Skills
• Strong experience in QA and Software Testing
• Experience with Node.js environments
• Strong experience in API testing
• Experience in Functional Testing
• Experience in Regression Testing
• Experience in Performance Testing
• Understanding of containerized environments (Kubernetes)
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with automation frameworks
• Experience testing microservices architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
