Full Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor outbound calls for US collections sales process
Share the feedback and discuss the areas of improvement with agents one-o-one
Prepare weekly/monthly Quality reports.
Conduct training for new hires
Rolling out quality updates to new hires
Requirements:
Must have QA experience on papers for any international process (preferably US collection / sales) - mandatory
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Working knowledge of MS Excel
Works well within a team and independently
Graduate
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: 4.5- 5.5 LPA
