Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong QA Test Engineer with experience in AI-driven automation testing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications through robust testing strategies, automation, and continuous collaboration with product and client teams—especially in healthcare and regulated domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
Test Automation: Design and implement automated test scripts using tools like Selenium or Appium.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for test results, defect tracking, and quality metrics.
Client Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients (especially US-based) regarding QA status, issues, and resolutions.
Security & Compliance: Ensure all test procedures follow data privacy, HIPAA, and industry-standard security practices when applicable.
Required Skills:
Minimum 2+ year of experience in software QA, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments.
Strong grasp of manual testing techniques and test case design.
Proficiency in testing web and mobile applications.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools/frameworks like Selenium, Appium, etc.
API testing and Database/SQL script validation.
Exposure to AWS Serverless technologies is a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, especially while working with US clients.
Ability to manage tasks independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with AI-based test automation tools or test case generation.
Hands-on with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Working knowledge of ticketing systems like Jira and Zendesk.
