Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance Standards: Define and enforce quality assurance standards and best practices for both manual and automated testing, ensuring consistency and reliability in testing processes.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects found during manual and automated testing, working closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution and maintain product quality.
• Performance Optimization: Proactively identify performance bottlenecks through manual and automated testing, collaborating with development teams to optimize software performance and enhance user experience.

Requirements :
• 10 - 12 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in both manual and automation testing methodologies.

• Extensive experience in implementing and maintaining automated test suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks, with a focus on enhancing test coverage and efficiency.
