QA Engineer
Job Description:-
Provide expertise in the areas of Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, Design Controls, Risk Management, and Statistical Techniques.
Implement and ensure the QMP/PQP of the Project/Site
Ensure all materials are quality assumed as per FQP
Ensure or coordinate all the site documentation with proper approved standards
Confirm the quality standards of the project to meet specific Standards
Maintain all required QA/QC formats and register for all materials involved in the construction with approved formats
Coordinates and get all necessary materials /procedural formats from clients for smooth conduction of project in advance
Assist QA/QC audits and reports as per PQP
Material testing at the site labs as well as coordinating with the external labs
Create project estimates and contribute to designs for new product functionality.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans/test cases with minimal direction in Agile Scrum Framework
Execute regression tests and perform Install/Upgrade Testing during the regression phase.
Ability to analyze failures to find the root cause, and follow up with the development team for resolution.
Design, develop and execute automated test suites and maintain existing test suites.
Interact and collaborate with product team/stakeholders to understand testing requirements, and provide updates and callouts where necessary.
Have an inclination towards innovation and process improvements.
Work in Agile Scrum Environment, effective participation in refinement and planning meetings.
Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting through the mail.
Support Quality Engineering activities to improve customer satisfaction and successful achievement of company quality objectives.
Should have basic knowledge of SQL
Provide Mix designs and Cement test certificates to the clients and conducts trail mixes of various concrete grades
Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the areas of Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, Design Controls, Risk Management, and Statistical Techniques.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company products, policies, and procedures
Shall have sound commercial appreciation and judgment.
Adapt in conducting formal meetings, summarize and close out pending issues.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures
Work experience in Software Testing (Manual /Automation Testing) between 0-2 years.
Must be good in analytical skills.
Must be good in QA/ Software Testing concepts ( such as STLC, Defects Tracking) and Agile Methodology.
Must be good at designing test cases, test execution, and defect reporting.
Should have worked on Functional, Database, and UI testing.
Must have good verbal & written communication skills.
