About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to ensure the quality and
reliability of our B2B mobile application. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience
in mobile app testing, with a strong focus on real-world scenarios, edge cases, and offline-first
functionality.
Key Responsibilities
● Perform end-to-end testing of mobile applications (Android & iOS)
● Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing
● Test offline-first features, including data sync and recovery scenarios
● Identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks
● Write clear, structured, and actionable bug reports
● Collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues efficiently
● Validate bug fixes and ensure release readiness
● Maintain test cases, test plans, and QA documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 1–4 years of experience in mobile application testing
● Experience testing Flutter or hybrid mobile apps
● Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
● Ability to test beyond happy paths and identify edge cases
● Excellent bug reporting and documentation skills
● Good communication skills and attention to detail
Good to Have
● Experience with offline-first applications / sync mechanisms
● Familiarity with ERPNext / Frappe backend systems
● Experience in B2B or workflow-driven applications
Tools & Technologies
● Mobile testing tools (manual / automation is a plus)
● Bug tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, or similar)
● Basic understanding of APIs and backend workflows
