QA Executive

· IPQA Officer ( Minimum 1 Year Experiences.)

· 1.To perform in - process quality checks during the manufacturing of tablets and capsules

· 2.To perform in - process checks during packing activity of tablets and capsules

· 3.To collect retain sample and stability sample of finished product

· 4.To give line - clearance before starting of each activity in manufacturing of tablet and capsule

· 5.To perform the calibration of IPQC instruments like DT apparatus and friability apparatus.

· 6.To collect in process sample and finished goods sample and send to QC department.

· 7.To participate in sampling of process validation, cleaning validation, hold time study and qualification activity.

· 8.To prepare Standard operating procedure

· +.To Ensure GMP compliance in facility.

· 10.Any other task given by HOD/ Management.

· QA Executive ( 1 to 4 Year Experiences.)

· 1.To prepare process validation protocol and report

· 2.To prepare cleaning validation protocol and report

· Quality risk management

· 3.To prepare equipment qualification protocol and report

· Vendor management

· 4.To prepare Hold time study protocol and report

· 5.Issuance and retrieval of master documents

· 6.Review of BMR and BPR

· 7.Handling of retain samples

· 8.Handling of stability samples

· +.Handling of transactions of ERP software

· 10.Preparation of APQR

· 11.Compilation and review of area qualification

· 12.To prepare Standard operating procedure

· 13.Any other task given by HOD/ Management.

· AQA Officer ( 2 to 3 Year Experiences.)

· 1. Minimum qualification B.Sc. OR M.Sc. with 2 to 3 years’ experience in QC/QA Dept.

· 2. Knowledge of GLP and GDP.

· 3. Knowledge of RM/PM sampling activities with labeling.

· 4. Handling knowledge of all QC instruments.

· 5. Knowledge of audit trail activities.

· Knowledge of routine monitoring activities in QC dept.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
