About the Job
As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the team of developers and maintaining high standards of Software Quality.
What you will do:
Provide technical leadership to develop QA Automation, Performance & Agile Implementation Strategy for Software Quality.
Participate in critical design activities to assure that the product under development meets requirements and can be effectively tested.
Effective at quickly understanding technology and explaining it in non-technical terms.
Consult, lead or develop performance/test automation efforts through UI, Service or Unit layers.
Establish and maintain productive relationships with developers, project managers and other team members.
Write test automation scripts following the defined internal standards.
Use multiples platforms like JIRA, Git, AWS, Jenkins, near cloud platform
What you need to have:
Tech graduates with more than 8+ years of experience.
Have worked in almost all QA processes like requirement analysis, defining test cases, test plans, and testing strategies.
Hands-down experience in functional, performance, security, system, and browser testing.
Deep understanding of UNIX OS
Strong understanding of OS concepts.
Should be involved in system-level debugging and system performance testing.
Must have experience in unit testing and developing a generic test automation framework.
Working experience in automation tools like selenium, Appium etc.
Experience with virtualization technologies and handling virtual machines.
Have used multiple system-level debugging tools like wire shark, process explorer, any debugger tool.
Experience developing and testing entire systems, with the capability to understand mixed technologies and interactions between modules in a system.
Exceptional interpersonal relationship and communication skills, verbal and written (peers, executives, cross-culture).
Maintain a high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines.
Strong sense of teamwork, personal integrity, responsibility & accountability.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good to have skills and experience
Experience in AWS or any other cloud-based systems Android system understanding App testing automation.
Hands-on experience in SQL queries.
