Key Responsibilities ·
Lead and manage the manual testing process, including planning, execution, and reporting.
· Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand project goals.
· Identify and document defects, track issues, and verify fixes through thorough retesting.
· Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members and promote best testing practices.
· Perform risk assessments to prioritize testing efforts and ensure critical functionalities are thoroughly tested.
· continuously analyze and improve testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
· Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders, providing insights for decision-making. Ideal Candidate Profile · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
· Strong experience in manual testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
· Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive quality initiatives.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to interact with diverse stakeholders. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. · Familiarity with testing tools and defect tracking software is highly desirable .
