Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and systems.
Lead the QA team in monitoring and evaluating product quality across all stages.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer specifications, and
applicable regulatory bodies (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP, IATF).
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions
(CAPA) for process and product non-conformances.
Manage customer complaints, root cause analysis, and implement quality
improvement plans.
Manage internal and external audits, including customer and third-party audits.
Review and approve quality documentation such as SOPs, control plans, and test
reports.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with teams to resolve quality issues
promptly.
Monitor key quality KPIs and generate periodic quality performance reports.
Review and approve quality documentation such as SOPs, work instructions,
inspection reports, and certifications.
Provide guidance and training to staff to ensure understanding and adherence to
quality processes.
Coordinate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to embed quality in all
operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and waste.

Requirements:- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering
10–15 years of experience in QA/QC, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and relevant standards
(e.g., ISO +001, ISO 13485, IATF 16+4+, GMP).
Proficient in quality tools like 7 QC tools, FMEA, SPC, CAPA, RCA.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience in Leading audits by customers, certifying agencies, or regulators.
REQ. SKILL
Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) or Lead Auditor ISO +001 is a
plus.
Working knowledge of SAP or QMS software.
Industry-specific experience in sectors like plastic injection moulding.
