Job Description
• As a QA Automation Tester, you will have the opportunity to speed up the development and delivery of fintech products. You will work with tech lead manager, product managers and developers to create the global supply chain finance (SCF) platform. You will be able to work on high-impact, scalable, and complex business problems. You will use cloud technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular JS, AWS, and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Product Managers, Tech Lead Manager and CTO) to optimize workflow through automation.
• Record findings in a system for logging and tracking defects, and work with the development team and functional leads to resolve issues.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and designs that enhance existing functionality.
• All testing-related activities are included in the QA testers responsibilities throughout the projects life cycle.
• Collaborate with product and experience teams to prototype new features and react to user behaviour.
• Creates test transactions and runs tests to find errors and confirm programs meet specifications.
• Write clean, high-quality scripts that automatically evaluate product functionality.
• Create the most effective automation solutions based on product specifications.
• Participate in AQA planning sessions to determine the sprints scope.
• Create, develop, and run automation scripts. - Mobile / Web
• Monitoring assurance metrics and process results.
• Planning and prioritizing testing activities.
• Creating test plans and cases.
Governance
• Act and escalate quickly when any risk and control weakness become apparent and ensure they are addressed within an appropriate timeframe and escalated through the relevant committees.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to establish applicable risk / control framework to ensure that the Group s ability to remain within risk appetite is not materially threatened.
• Familiarise self with governance structures and mandatory bank processes.

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related.
• 2 years of experience using automated testing techniques.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, as well as the capacity to identify the source of a problem and generate effective, innovative, and cost-effective solutions.
• Ability to find a common language with all team members demonstrates exceptional communication abilities.
• Previous work experience as a QA Engineer, QA Automation Tester, or relevant position.
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools is required (Selenium, Ranorex).
• Intermediate proficiency with specific programming languages (Java, Python, PHP).
• Automation frameworks that have already been built (Serenity BDD, Cypress).
• Tools for continuous integration (Jenkins).
• API testing tools (jMeter, REST Assured).
• Expertise in CSS, HTML, and XML.
