What you need to know about the role
You will be responsible to gather and understand the requirement, to estimate, to design test suites, to self-review as well as peer reviews to minimize understanding gaps and oversights as a team player, to resolve dependencies before-hand for smooth implementation experience, and to test and maintain test suites for regression testing.
You will be in direct contact with the application and strategy teams during entire lifecycle of implementation and exposed to a wider range of business teams.

Your way to impact:
The Decision Systems UAT Analysts are responsible for managing BRMS projects of global credit platforms including architecture, design, development, UAT, and release cycle management. The role utilizes strong technical and analytical skills to understand the business processes and translate them into technical flows for implementation into BRMS. Persons in this role will be responsible for working with global business partners to understand their products and requirements while being able to implement and test projects against tight timelines.
Your day-to-day:
Manage the architecture, resource allocation, and prioritization of BRMS projects.
Ensure BRMS platform stability & coordinating with external teams for platform enhancements
Establish strong partnerships with business stakeholders and technology teams that will enable the team to meet business objectives.
Manage the build and maintenance of robust test frameworks to support UAT initiatives
Work with external BRMS vendors to optimize internal usage of their tools
Provide periodic updates on project status and escalate issues to senior management and assist in issue resolution.
Provide technical implementation support for new credit products
Rules release management and monitoring
What do you need to bring
3-5 years of Java experience
3-5 years of Manual /Automation testing experience
Desired skills:
SAS programming knowledge
