About The Position:
The QA Software Tester assesses software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches, guaranteeing that each stage and focus of the software design is tried and any potential issue is distinguished and settled before entering production. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills. You must be excellent in creating and executing test cases and are passionate about quality. Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications, and systems work correctly.
Responsibilities:
• Create and execute test cases (manual or automated) from product specifications.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Help troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and SDLC, STLC and defect life cycle.
• Working knowledge of Zephyr test management software, Jira and SQL.
• Experience in Web application testing.
• Familiarity with Postman, API testing, and Automation tools (Playwright, JMeter).
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Proficient with Microsoft Power BI (Data Modelling and Report creation) preferred.
• Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Self-starter, independently driven.
