Key responsibilities:
1. Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
2. Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
3. Identify, track, and report bugs using issue tracking tools.
4. Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve product quality.
5. Conduct regression, performance, and security testing.
6. Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
7. Maintain and improve testing processes and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester.
3. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
4. Experience with manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or Postman.
5. Experience with Performance Testing tools like JMETER
6. Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
7. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
