Job Brief: We are seeking a QA Trainee to contribute to software quality assessment through Manual Testing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and apply testing methodologies while assisting in the identification and reporting of software bugs and glitches.
Responsibilities:
• Review and meticulously analyze system specifications to understand testing requirements.
• Collaborate closely with experienced QA Engineers to formulate effective testing strategies and comprehensive test plans.
• Execute both manual and potentially automated test cases to evaluate software functionality and performance.
• Evaluate product code against defined specifications, ensuring alignment.
• Maintain detailed logs to systematically document testing phases and record identified defects.
• Methodically report bugs, errors, and irregularities to the development teams for resolution.
• Contribute to the troubleshooting process to address and mitigate any identified issues.
• Participate in post-release and post-implementation testing to validate software stability.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to instill quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements and Skills:
• A strong willingness to learn and adapt, paired with a keen interest in Quality Assurance.
• Familiarity with software testing principles is a plus, but no prior experience is required.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts and QA methodologies is beneficial.
• Exposure to Agile frameworks and regression testing would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in documenting and effectively communicating errors and issues.
• Basic working knowledge of test management software such as qTest or Zephyr, as well as SQL.
• Exceptional attention to detail, a logical mindset, and the ability to approach problems analytically.
• Strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage tasks and prioritize effectively.
Note: We may offer job to the outstanding candidates who performs well during the training period.
Timings: 0+:30 AM to 06:30 PM (Monday to Friday) and 0+:30 AM to 02:00 PM (Saturday)
Duration: 06 Months
Stipend: 6000/- per month
Certification: After 6 months, successful candidates will receive training cum 6 months experience certificate from the company.
