₹1.5L–₹2.5L a yearFull–time
To set up the systems, documents, inspection reporting set up for QAC department. To execute and monitor Raw material Inspection and generate reports accordingly. To prepare QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) for ALL projects and ensure it is followed meticulously across all stages of production. To execute and monitor all Job Work Inspection received from Outside Job Work Vendors and report generation for the same. To execute & monitor all Final Assembly Inspection as per Assembly drawing. To execute Final Testing / Inspection of all assembled products. To monitor painting work for all finished products. To execute and monitor the finalization of product (Label, markings, etc.) To prepare Packing List for dispatch of all finished product. For dispatch activities after loading check if the loading is done as per Packing List. To handle Third Party Inspections (TPI). To execute calibration and Test Certification of all the equipments in the company. To handle all ISO documentation works and records. Ensure all KRAs & KPIs are achieved effectively. Timely reporting of QAC MIS in ERP and to competent authorities. To execute in timely manner all the tasks as delegated by management or any other competent authority. To adhere and comply with all the HR and Management laid down policies and procedures
