Position:-QAD Manager
Location:- Pune
Experience:- 10+
CTC upto -32 LPA
Job Description:
Required Skills:
1. Overall 10 plus years of IT industry experience
2. ERP knowledge, with min of 5yrs hands-on QAD experience.
3. 3+ yrs. of experience owning and maintaining QAD EE Environment(s) end-to-end.
4. 3+ yrs. of experience managing team(s) and their performance appraisals.
5. 3+ years in leading IT, Projects across Iterative / Agile delivery methodology involving globally distributed teams.
6. Experience in preparing and tracking project plans with leading tools like MS Project
7. Strong experience in working with leading work management tools like JIRA
8. Expert in using Agile processes and ceremonies to deliver IT projects
+. Manage timesheets, estimations, reviews, deliverables etc.
