Location: ABU DHABI
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Working experience in various piping and pipeline projects in Oil and Gas sector.
• Familiarized with Project codes, specification, and International standards.
• Technical ability to review Engineering Specifications, Material requisitions and Technical Bid Evaluation(TBE)
• Experience to perform Pre-inspection meeting.
• Experience in preparation of Project specific procedures, Inspection and Test plans (ITP) and Work Instructions.
• Thorough Knowledge in welding and welding processes including Cross country pipeline work.
• Able to handle static and rotating equipment.
• Coordinate for 3rd party audits and act as Lead auditor to perform project, subcontractor, and vendor audits.
• Lead role in closing of NCR’s and CAR’s.
• Document preparation for Technical query and Technical deviation request process.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 12+year experience as QA/QC Engineer in EPC projects.
• Certified as Lead Auditor in ISO +001:2015 standards.
• Previous approval in ADNOC Group or other Oil/Gas Client.
• Certified Welding Inspector (AWS/CSWIP 3.1)
• Certified Painting inspection qualification (NACE/ BGAS L-2).
• Certified ASNT Level-2.
