Designation: QA/QC Engineer
Department: Quality
Job Location: Ahmedabad

Job Purpose:
The candidate will be responsible for quality control and quality assurance of company’s raw and finished products.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzing incoming packaging materials, Co-coordinating with suppliers.
• Ensure to follow the process as per specifications.
• Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
• Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.
• Responsible for all quality parameters are followed throughout the operation.
• Testing of Raw and packaging materials, final product,
• Responsible for calibration of Instruments.
• Responsible for preparation of various QA report
• New Product development & Testing at R & D
• check problem and solution of customer ( Like fitting , inspection )
• field visit for one-way clutch issues at customer end
• check benefit of new product developed
• testing of newly developed products
• share results with Directors
• Continuous R & D as per customer Requirements & Market dynamics
• Assembling & Testing of one way clutch
Required Skill
• Ability to manage Quality Management System (QMS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP.(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
Desired Skills:
• He/she should be technical graduate.
• Good leadership skill.
• Good analytical skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
Education:
B.E. Mechanical engineer
Relevant Experience:
Year of Experience in Production / QC
