For QC:-
Job Description:
Sample and label Raw Materials (RM), Finished Goods (FG), and intermediates.
Maintain analysis registers for moisture, KF, and titrations.
Perform sample preparation and titration processes.
Handle documentation and record maintenance.
Troubleshoot GC (Gas Chromatography) machine issues.
Review and sign Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Store and manage data in GC and QC computers.
Prepare and maintain water trend reports.
Keep designated work areas and instrument logbooks updated.
Ensure proper working conditions of analytical instruments.
For Production
JOB DESCRIPTION ➖
Check vacuum receiver conditions.
Monitor ETP plant parameters and ensure ETP area cleanliness.
Check water ejector pH and adjust accordingly.
Ensure availability of RM/PM as per the production plan.
Troubleshoot issues during batch processes.
Ensure proper usage of raw materials and packing materials as per design requirements.
Responsible for the quality and yield of the finished product.
Conduct batch variance analysis and manage manpower during shifts.
Coordinate with the maintenance department for breakdown resolution during shifts.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Proficiency in using the internet, email, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Check final material stock and update stock records for all reactors.
Review log sheets and track production lines during shifts as per the production plan.
Ensure smooth operation of the plant during shift hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
