Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Executive
Company Profile:
Leading Ayurvedic pharmaceutical company specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of high-quality medicinal formulations. Our manufacturing unit is located in Por, Gujarat, adhering to stringent quality standards and regulatory guidelines to ensure the efficacy and safety of our products.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Executive to support the testing and quality assurance processes in our pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using techniques like HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, and titration methods.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all analytical data as per GMP and GLP requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), analytical reports, and CoAs.
• Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards during lab operations.
• Participate in stability studies, method validation, and method transfer as required.
• Support investigations for Out-of-Specification (OOS) and deviation reports.
• Coordinate with QA, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely release of materials and products.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related scientific discipline.
• Fresher or 1 year of experience in documentation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Location: POR GIDC
NOTE: – No Transportation facility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
